I am deeply honoured to continue to officiate at the 2017 graduation ceremony for the Laucala Campus - my first as your Chancellor.

As with this morning's session, I wish to offer my sincerest congratulations to all the graduates.

And I also thank all the parents, guardians, spouses, and family members for your support.

This is certainly a wonderful occasion. I hope you will all enjoy it.

I wish all the graduates every success as you contribute to the development of your respective countries.
