Presentation of 2018 General Elections Reports from Fiji Electoral Commission.

The President of the Republic of FijiHis Excellency Major-General (Ret’d) Jioji Konusi Konrote received the 2018 General Elections Joint Report and Annual Reports from the Electoral Commission on Wednesday 17th July 2019, at the Executive Office.

During the presentation, His Excellency the President commended the commission for their commitment and congratulated them for conducting a successful 2018 General Elections.
In attendance were the Chairperson for the Electoral Commission, Mr. Suresh Chandra, the four commissioners: Mr. Simione Naiduki, Mr. Jawahar Lal, Ratu Paula Halaiwalu and Ms. Margot Jenkins; and the Supervisor of Elections, Mr. Mohammed Saneem.
