The High Commissioner of New Zealand Presents Credentials.

New Zealand's High Commissioner to Fiji His Excellency Jonathan Andrew Curr presented his 'Letter of Credence' to the President of the Republic of Fiji,His Excellency Major- General (Ret'd) Jioji Konusi Konrote on Tuesday, 27 February, 2018 at Borron House, Suva.

High Commissioner Curr presented his credentials after inspecting a 25- member guard of honour by Officers of the Republic of Fiji Military Forces. Prior to his appointment High Commissioner Curr Ambassador to Turkey and was accredited to the State of Israel, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordon, Georgia and Republic of Azerbaijan. His extensive tertiary qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chinese language, Bachelor of Drama for Trinity College in London and postgraduate certificate in Strategic Studies from Victoria University of Wellington.
High Commissioner Curr has held various positions in Wellington including being the Development Programme Manager with the New Zealand Agency for International Development division.
