His Excellency Major-General (Ret’d) Jioji Konrote celebrated the 100th birthday of Sister Kathleen Loyola Grehan at Mount Saint Mary's Parish on Thursday, 27th December 2018 in Nadi.
The President of the Republic of Fiji, His Excellency Major-General (Ret’d) Jioji Konrote and the First Lady Madam Sarote Konrote surprised Sister Kathleen Loyola Grehan with a birthday cake and a glass plaque gifts at Mount Saint Mary's Parish in Nadi.
The Irish nun who served in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji over the many decades was joined by fellow sisters and friends at the parish to celebrate her birthday. His Excellency the President brought a cake and a plaque commemorating her centennial anniversary. He thanked her on behalf of all Fijians and wished her good life.
