Official Presentation to Fiji Men’s Olympics 7’s Captain.

The President, His Excellency Major-General (Ret’d) Jioji Konusi Konrote presented a Land Title to two time Olympic Gold Medallist, Fiji Rugby Men’s 7’s Captain Mr. Jerry Tuwai at the State House on Wednesday, 06th October, 2021.
The President, His Excellency Major-General (Ret’d) Jioji Konusi Konrote and Prime Minister, Honourable Rear Admiral (Ret’d) Voreqe Bainimarama presents Land Title two-time Olympic Gold Medalist, Fiji Rugby Men’s 7’s Captain Mr. Jerry Tuwai at the State House.
The presentation was in line with the Honourable Prime Minister’s announcement on 06th August, 2021 after the Fiji Mens’ 7s team won gold at the Tokyo Olympics.
The gift was in recognition Tuwai’s of leadership and accolades as a two-time Olympic gold medallist, 3 world series title and recognition as the Men’s Sevens Player of the Decade.?
Also present at today’s presentation and were the Prime Minister, Honourable Rear Admiral (Ret’d) Voreqe Bainimarama as President, Fiji Rugby Union, Mr. Conway Begg, Chairman and Mr. John O’Connor, Chief Executive Officer.
